Scrapbooking with Fabric - Utilizing a page kit exclusive from Donna Downey, this class will focus on creating textures and dimension by incorporating fabric into your scrapbook pages.

Altered Accordian Keepsake – Memories were not meant to be stored only in books. Put your memories front and center with Kaiser Craft’s Accordian Keepsake. This lace up album is versatile in that they can be set on a surface or hung on a wall. This class will cover a variety of techniques including using distress inks to add dimension, alcohol inks, embossing of metals, and creating custom flowers from paper and ribbon to create a unique work of art.

Tuesday Techniques with Kim are back with weekly technique classes at Harborview Community Centre at 7pm Tuesdays this spring. Each week will focus on a different product and participants will learn amazing new techniques for each product. Classes include all supplies and participants will take home 2 projects as well as materials to reference later. The class schedule is as follows:

My Mind's Eye Challenge

My Mind's Eye is having a challenge and I decided to participate in it! I had to use the following sketch to create a layout. The theme was supposed to be a "Blast from the Past", but the picture I used is of Liam before he could move and was cute and stationary!! Here is the layout:

I used some of the new Quite Contrary Line for paper and diecuts and brads from Abbey Road. Quite Contrary is a great new collection filled with colorful papers for kid layouts, but is still so versatile that it can be used for any of your favorite photos. Thanks for looking!
